Fatty liver food to avoid: Fatty liver is one type of disease. It is a headache for us. Nowadays it is a common problem for us, common but risky. This has a million cases per year around the world.

  • What is Fatty liver Disease?


When excessive fat grows in the liver. Means extra fat accumulates in liver cells. 
As we know, the liver has a big role in our body. The secretion of bile comes from the liver. The liver has important functions like filters blood, detoxifies chemicals, etc. Fatty liver means gaining fat on the liver may occur many problems. Fatty liver gives obstructions to the liver to do functions.
Fatty liver disease has two types non-alcoholic and alcoholic. This is non- alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) and alcoholic fatty liver disease ( AFLD). In general fatty liver disease has no symptoms. 


Types of Fatty liver:

NAFLD( Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease ):


Another name of this type is metabolic (dysfunction) associated with fatty liver disease ( NAFLD ). None means 'no', so NAFLD occurs no or low use of alcohol. Obesity, type 2 diabetes can reason for it.


     NAFLD has 2 divisions:


1. Non-alcoholic fatty liver (NAFL): It is a primary stage. It does not affect more. 


2. Non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH): it is a serious condition of the liver. It is harmful to the liver. 


In a word, the effect of NASH is greater than the effect of NAFL.

  • AFLD ( Alcoholic fatty liver disease):
This disease is based on alcohol. People who take a lot of alcohol then might be hunted by AFLD.
This type of fatty liver disease can be cured by avoiding alcohol. It may serious if taking alcohol is not stopped.

     Cause: 


Some causes of fatty liver are obesity, hyperglycemia, weight loss, insulin resistance.
Besides that, taking excessive fast food, oily foods are also causes of fatty liver disease. 

     Symptoms:

Though it has no observable symptoms. But some inflammation and outward signs can occur. These are yellow eyes and skin, abdominal main, pain on the right side of the belly, weight loss, fatigue, etc.
