 Pawanmuktasana( Gas release pose): Pawanmuktasana or Gas release pose is a sleeping posture. It improves your digestive system. The gas of the stool pulse goes out. This asana gives pressure on organs of the digestive system as a result, If stools saved in stool pulse, then this pressure creates gas. This yoga has to do in the morning. After doing it, that gas Comes forward towards the anus and goes out from the body.

 • Starting process:
lie on the floor, keep your body straight. Inhale, fold your right leg with your two hands and place your right thigh and knee on your chest and belly. Stretch your left leg. Holding your breath for 5-10 seconds and Stay in this position. Exhale and keep your right leg in the previous state. Do this same with your left leg. Do this asana in 3 steps. At first, your right leg then left leg and after all two legs together. Practice it for 3 times in the morning.

 Naukasana (Boat-Pose): Naukasana or Boat pose is a very effective yoga for digestion. It makes your abdominal muscles and nerve muscles more strong. If you have frequent belching, then it can be cured by this asana. It builds your digestive system more right.

 • Starting process: lie down, stretch your arms and legs. Stretch your arms upwards in such a way that your head will be in between your arms. Stretch your legs downwards. Now, lift your arms and legs as much as you can. Care should be taken not to bend the arms and legs. For 30 seconds or 1-minute stay in this posture. Come back to the previous condition. Repeat this posture for 5 times. Do this asana on empty stomach in the evening.

 Shalabhasana (Locust Pose): Shalabhasana or Locust pose is a good asana for the improvement of digestion. As this asana gives you pressure on your belly so it gives strength to your digestive organs. This asana gives pressure on your abdomen. It increases appetite and helps to prevent constipation, Flatulence.

 • Starting process: Lie on your back. Place your chin on the floor. Keep your hands on your two sides. Keep your hands clenched. Lift up your right leg and hold this position for 10-20 seconds. Again do this same posture with the left leg. Keep breathing normally. Repeat this for 6 times, each leg is for 3 times. Do this asana in the morning.

 Navi-asana: Navi-asana is useful for digestion. The abdomen is pressed by this asana. It gives strength to your abdomen. It cures your digestion problem. Indigestion and constipation are eliminated.

 • Starting process: Lie on your back. Inhale. Stretch your arms and feet. Inhale and raise your arms and feet as much as you can. Holding your breath and stay in this position for 5-10 seconds. Exhale and come back to the previous state. There will be no folds on the arms and feet. Repeat this asana for 5 times on an empty stomach in the evening. 

 Dhanurasana (Bow pose): Dhanurasana or Bow pose is a great asana for the progress of the digestive system. This asana stretches the abdomen. It gives strength to your digestive organs. Bow pose helps to promote your abdominal organs like the pancreas. The function of the pancreas enhances. So this increases digestion. This asana reduces Flatulence, heartburn, constipation.

 • Starting process: Lie on your back. Bend and lift your legs upwards. Try to place your legs closer to your head. Take your hands behind your shoulders and hold on your legs by your hands. Throw up your chest and knees as much as you can. Stay that way or position for 10 seconds. Come back to the previous position and take rest for 10 seconds. Repeat it 3 times. Do it in the morning.
